Assessment of Sewer Improvement District Number One of the City of Fay-
etteville,Arkansas,did,on the 16th day of August,1926,deposit with the
City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,the Assessment Roll of
Sewer Improvement,DistrittAumber-OnetofzthesuCityof-tFayettevillet,
Arkansasoduly subscribed by each of them:
NA,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOOVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARRANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,be,and he is hereby,required to cause to be published in the

"Fayetteville Democrat",a daily newspaper published in the City of Fayettevi
ville,Arkansas,a noticelstating that said Assessment has been so filed by
said Board of Assessmentland that the same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith
beland the same are hereby,repealed,and this Resolution shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
