WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in the membership of the Board of
Assessment for Sewer Improvement District .Number One of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansas,by reason of the resignation of B.F.Campbell
Thorns aid Board:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That F.P.Hall,a qualified elector of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansassbesand he is herebylappointed as a member of the
Board of Assessment for Sewer Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville,Arkansaslto take the place of B.F.Campbell,resigned.
SECTION TWO: That all Resolutions in conflict herewith beland the
same are hereby,repealed,and this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
