That AM Harding, W. N. Gladson and F. F. Tice, three owners of
real property within Douglas Street Improvement District Number One
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and the same are hereby,
appointed to constitute the Board of Improvement for Annex Number
One to Douglas Street Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas as provided in section 5652 and 5733, Crawford
& Moses Digest of the Statutes of Arkansas.
Passed and Approved - July 29, 1926
