WHEREAS, at a meeting of. the City Council:of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansaspheld on the 6th day of July,1926,there was presented to said
Councillby C.B.Franke,Ivan M.Mayes and I.W.Guisnger,as the Board of
Improvement of Annex Number One to South College Avenue Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville_sArkansasItheir report,

together with the plans of thew ork to be done in the construction of
the improvement contemplated bysaid Improvement Districtpand the said
report having been read in open meeting of said Councillands aid plans
having been exhibited tos aid Council,and to each member thereof,with
a full and complete explanation of all the details thereof,and it ape
pearing,from said plans,that the estimated cost of the construction of
said improvement,exclusive of interest chargesland inciusive of conp
tingenciespis the sum of $18,626.42,and thes aid Council being satis-
fied that s aid plans will best subserve the purpose of said Improvement
Districtpand that the -same are correct;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE.ARKANSAS:
That said plans and said report be,and the ammo areshereby
approved and adoptedland thats aid improvement be constructed according
to said plans,and at a cost not to exceed,exclusive of interest charges,
and inclusive of isttnnatx.eadangas contingencies,the sum of $18,626.42.
