Whereas a petition praying that certain territory in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, adjacent to Douglas Street Improvement
District Number One therein,- be annexed to said District was
presented to and filed with the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, On the 21st day of June, 19261 said petition claming to
represent the majority in value of the property owners within the limits
of said territory; •
Passed and Approved - June 28, 1926
