at a meeting of the City Council held on the 24th day of May,
1926,said Council did, by resolution duly adopted, appoint B4F.Campbell,
W.L.Crouch and A.C.Ucker, three giaulified electors of the City of Fayettev
ville, Arkansasdto be the Board of Assessment for Improvement District
Number Thirty-one , of said City;
WHEREAS; said B•F.Campbell, W.L.Crouchand ,A.C.Uckerfailed to_qualify `"__

within the time specified by law; amd
WHEREAS: B.F.Campbell and A.C.Ucker have signified their willingness,
and W.LL Crouch has signified his un -willingness to serve as such
Assessors,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THECITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

SECTION ONE: That B.F.Campbell, A.C.Ucker and D.N.Allen, three qualified
electors of the city of 4yetteville, Arkansas be, and the'same pre here-
° by appointed to be the Board of Assessment of Improvement District Number
Thirty-one of,the City of Fayettev@lle, Arkansas, to assess the benefits
to be received by each Lot, Block or parcel of real property situated

Arkansas.
SECTION TWO: Tha all resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are
hereby repealed, and this resolution shall take elect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
