NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CWTY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas,be, and he is hereby required to publish in the
Fayetteville Democrat, a daily newspaper published in the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a notice , stating that said

and that the same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO:That all resolutions in conflict herewith be,
