FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be, and they are hereby appointed pi
as the Board of Assessment of Annex Number One to North College
Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas; that all resolutions and parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed,
and this resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
