RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of•,.the ,City\._of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,held on the g &y-`Aof -`-
May, x926_- ,there was presented to sajd City Council by Geo.

of Improvement of Annex Number One to North College Avenue Im-
provement District Number One of the City of Fayettetille, Arks
ansas, thgether with the plans and specifications of the work
to be done in the construction of the contemplated improvement
in said Improvement Distroct, and
WHEREAS, said report -was read in open meeting of said Court -
oil, and the said Plans and specifications were exhibited to the
said Council and to each member thereof, with a full and complete
explanation of all the details`thereof, and
WHEREAS,it appears from said plans and specifications that the
estimated_cost-of construct on;of:said improvement_exciusive-of e-- ----^
interest•charges but inclusive of contingencies is the sum of
•
$8,014.43, and the said Council being satisfied that said plans
will best subserve the purpose of said Improvement District, and
that the same are correct;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the said Plans and specifications be and the same are hereby
approved and adopted,and that said improvement be constructed se -
cording to said plans and specifications, and at a cost not to exe
ceed, exclusive of interest charges the sum of $8.014.43.
