WEEREAS,George Appleby, Bert Watson and J.H.Phipps, have heretofore been appointed
as the Board of Improvement of North College Avenue Improvement District Number
One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
WHEREAS:
the said George Appleby, Bert Watson and J.H.Phipps have been duly sworn
n nd qualified as such Board of`Imp vor ement'ofisaid`Northh"Coilege'Avenue Improve=
went District Number One of said City of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, - an Improvement District has been formed,and duly created,the 'same to be
known as Annex Number One to North College Avenue Improvement District Number One
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
NOW, £'&BEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. CI Y COUNCIL OF £ ia.-CIYY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
- ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:
That George Appleby, Bert Watson and J.H.Phipps, three qualified
electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,and owners of real property within
fli' F -the.boundar es -of -North-College.Avenue:Improvement-Di-strict;Number-One_of-.the,City.,_
of Fayetteville, Arkansas,be, and they are, hereby appointed to be the Board of
Number One
Improvement of said Annejto Worth College Avenue Improvement District Number One
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
SECTION TWO:
That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be,//n
and the same are hereby repealed,and this resolution shall take effeot and be in
force from and after its passage -and approval.
