RESOLUTION.
APPROVAL OF PLANS
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayette-
ville; Arkansas, held on the Lim; day of
there was presented to said Council by

as Board of Improvement of Improvement District Number Thirty -one -of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report, together with plans
of the work to be done in the construction of improvement contemplated
by said Improvement District and the said report having been read in
open meeting of said Council and said plans having.been exhibited to
said Council and each member thereof, and it appearing from said plans
that the total Cost of said imppprovemeent, exclusive of interest charges,

andthat the said Council✓beingsatisfied that the -plans are feasible

and practicable and that the same are correct;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PAYETTEVII LEnREAV-SA=S:
That said plans and said report be, and the same are hereby -
approved and adopted and that said improvement be constructed according
to said plans and at a cost not to exceed, exclusive of interest charges,
