BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:- That C.B.Franke,Ivan M.Mayes and I.W.Guisinger,three
owners of real property within the limits of Annex Number One to South
_ - ._College --Avenue Improvement_District-Number-One_•of-the-City-of.,Fayetteville7
Arkansas,be,and they are hereby appointed as the Board of Improvement for
said Improvement District.
SECTION TWO:- That this Resolution shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
