RESOLUTION.
petiton praying that certain territory in the City of Fay-
rkansas, adjacent to North College Avenue Improvement Dis-
tract therein, be annexed to said Improvement District, was pre-
sented to and filed with the City Council of said City on the 31st day
of August, 1925, said petition claiming to representta majority in
value of the owners of real property within said territory;
