A RESOLUTION
TO BE ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE
E.PLOY..:�.NT OF ONE ADDITIONAL MOTOR CYCLE PATROL-
ISAN FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT."
BE IT RESOLVED.By_The.City_Council of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas:

Section One: That the Idayor is hereby authorized
and directed to employ one (I) additional motor cycle
patrolman for the Police Department of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas at a salary not to exceed
One Hundred Twenty-five (0125.00) Dollars per month, the
person selected to furnish his own machine and the
upkeep of the same:
Section Two: That the day police force shall be.
composed of one (I) Chief of Police, two (2) motor cycle
patrolmen and one (I) sanitary police.
Section Three. That this Resolution be•in force
from and after its passage and all resolutions or
parts thereof in conflict herewith, be, and the same
are hereby repealed -
