Whereas, P. R. Green, R. L. Vaughan and W. L. as the Board of
Assessment of Water Improvement District Number Three of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the 29th day of March, 1926, deposit
with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the
assessment of Water Improvement District Number Three of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas duly subscribed by each of them;
Passed and Approved - April 5, 1926
