APPROOVAL OF PLANS.
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, held on the /1-- day of , 194,1 there
was presented to the said City Council by J. A. Peterson, J. Ewing, and
W. V. Cochran, as the Board of Improvement of Water Improvement District
Number Two of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report, together
with the plans of the work to be done in the construction of the im-
provement contemplated by said Improvement District, and the said re-
port having been read in open Swint meeting of said council, and said
plans having been exhibited to said council, and to each member therof,
with a full and complete explanation of all the details thereof, and it
appearing from said plans, that the estimated cost of the construction
of said improvement, exclusive of interest charges, and inclusive of
contingencies, is the sum of $6,340.87, and the said Council being
satisfied that said plans will best subserve the purpose of said Im-
provement Distfict, and that the
NOW THEREFORE, BE_IT, RESOLVED
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS;

same are correct;
BY THE CITY COUPNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SECTION ONE; That said plans, and said report, be, and the same
ere hereby approved and adopted, and that said improvement be con-
structed according to said plans, and at a cost not to exceed, exclusive
of interest charges, and inclusive of contingencies, the sum of $6,340.87
SECTION TWO: That all resolutions and parts of resolutions in con-
fliet herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolu-
tion shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approwai: -
