That P. R. Green, W. L. Crouch and R. L. Vaughan, three
qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and they are
hereby appointed to constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits
to be received by each Lot, Block or other subdivision of land within
Water Improvement District Number Three of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, by reason of the proposed improvement.
