Whereas, at a meetingof the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, held on the 8th day of March, 1926 there was presented to
said City Council, by Tom Taylor, Al Trent and 3. P Harter as the Board
of Improvement of Water Improvement Distract Number Three, of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report together with the plans and
specifications of the work to be done in the construction of the
improvement contemplated in said Improvement District, and the said
report having been read in open meeting of said council,
