Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them:
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
be, and he is hereby, required to cause to be published in the Fayette-
ville Daily Democrat, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, a notice, stating that said Assessment has been so filed

SECTION TWO: That all orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith
be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and/this Resolution, shall take
