R E S O L U T I O N.
WHEREAS, a Petition,claiming to represent the majority in value
of the owners of real property on S6uth College Avenue,from the South
line of East Rock Street to the South line of Jennings Addition to the
City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,was duly filed with the City Council of
_theyC ty..of.Fa-yetteville,.Arkansa-s--.on:the■8th day-.of.cFebruary 1926
asking that said property be created into an Improvement District,to
be known as Annex Number One to South College Avenue Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansa.s
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYEPTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,be,a.nd
he is hereby,ordered and directed to give notice by publication for
two weeks•in some newspaper issued and having a general circulation in
the City of Fayetteville,Washington County,Arkansas,that such Petition
has been-filed,and,,that,it will be considered at a meeting of the -City .I
Council of said City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,which will be held in the I
Mayor s Office on Monday,Marc1926;at 7,30 P;M.,and that all
