That J. R. Bates,. H. L. Tuck and M. M. Collier, three kowners of
real property within the limits of City Park Improvement District
Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and they are
hereby appointed as the Board of Improvement for said District.
Passed and Approved - January 25, 1926
