Whereas, a petition claiming to represent a majority in value of
the owners of real property within City Park Improvement District
Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was duly filed with
the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on the 16th day of
November 1925, asking that said property be created into an
improvement district to be known as City Park Improvement District
Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
Passed and Approved - January 25, 1926
