RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, 1 s rt`
H.C.Evans, J.R.Bates and W. E. Graham, as the Board of
Assessment for Annex Number One to North College Avenue Improve-
ment District Number One of the City of Fayetteville Arkansas
did on the 4.. day of eta" " 471 "'file with the City Clerk of X
the said City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the Assessment Roll of
said Annex Number One, showing an assessment against the real
property within said Anne* in the sum of A7;' / O
and
WHEREAS,,
said assessment so f iled, through inadvertence, did not
provide funds for the payment of interest charges on the cost of
constructing the pimprovdment proposed in said Annex, and
WHEREAS,
It is necessary that such assessment shloud so provide for
the payment of said interest charges.;
- - NGW,>THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,BY.THE-CITYGOUNCIL-;OFWTHE_.._
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:
That the aforesaid H.C.Evans, J.R.Bates and W.E.Graham
as such Board of Assessment of the aforesaid Annex Number One to
North College Avenue. Improvement District Number One of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be, and they are hereby, authorized and
directed to so revise amd amend the said Assessment Roll of said
Annex as to provide thereby sufficient funds for the payment of AV
said interest chagges.
SECTION TWO:
That all rewolutione,or,parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith be;'and the same-Are"hereby repealed; and this resolution
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and

approval.
