R E S O L U T I O N.
of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council4held on the 21st
day of September,1925,the said City Council of said City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas/duly passed
titled,"An Ordinance
South College Avenue
Ordinance Number 576,being an Ordinance to be en -
to levy the Assessment upon the Real Property within
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fay-
etteville,Arkansaa"; and
WHEREAS, the minutes of the proceedings of said City Council,
prepared and kept by the duly elected,qualified and acting City Clerk
of said City of Fayettevilie,Arkansas,show each separate motion made,
and the passage of said Ordinance,and also the yea and nay vote on the
same,but,through inadvertanee,fail to show,and omit to record the fact
thatsaid Ordinance was read the second time and that said Ordinance was
read the third time; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance was in fact read three separate and dis-
tinct times,under a proper suspension of the rules and by a recording
of the yea and nay vote,as by statute in such cases made and provided;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FA YETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:- That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,be,and he is hereby/authorized and directed to correct said
minutes/by interlineation,and make them speak the truth,by showing
thats aid Ordinance Number 576 was read the second time and that said
Ordinance was

TWO:- That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
