BE IT RESOLVED BY TEs CITY COUP;CIL OF THE CITY OF METTEVILI,
That A. B. Upton, J. P. Scott, and U. L. Smelser, three cualified
electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, are hereby appointed
to constitute a 'Siogrd of Assessment of the benefits to be received
by each lot, or block, or other subdivision of land, within Water
Improver,ent District Number Two of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
