BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That J. A. Peterson, J. Zwing, and W. V. Cochran, three
owners of real property within the limits of Water Improvement
District iumbrrifforbrtheOrstrof—Fayettller—Arkanaaa4,..Pe.,
and they are hereby appointed as the Board of Improvement for said
District.
That this resolution be in force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
