Whereas, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on the 7th day of December, 1925, there
was presented to said City Council by Geo. Appleby, Bert Watson and
J H. Phipps, their report as the Board of Imprbvement for annex
Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Together with the
plans and specifications of the work to be done in the Construction of
the contemplated improvement in said Improvement District,
Passed and Approved - December 7, 1925
