WHER2ASI on the / Lay of October, 1925, there was duly
filed with the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Lrkansas,
a petition purportinc; to contain the signaturesoof.a majority in
value of the orners of real property situated in Water Improvement'
District Number Two of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
:NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 1

SECTION ONE: That a hearing of said petition to determine
whether those persons who have signed said petition constitute a.
majority in value of the owners of real property -situated in said
Improvement District will be held by said City council at the mayor's
Office in said City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on the 7th day Of
December, 1925, beginning at 7.30 F. M. of said day.
SECTION TWO: That the City Clerk of said City of Fayettevirle-;
Arkansas, be, and. he is hereby. instructed and directed tol saute- fa,
be published a notice, in accordance with Section One, imile Act 125,
Acts of Arkatoas, 1913, advising all owners of real property within
Water-Irovement MittriSt:Nnsiber Tto-of the -City of:Fayettefilie
Arkansas, that a -petition was presented to said City Council on
the / day of October, 1925, requesting that the contemplated
improvement be undertaken, and that the costs thereof be pharged.and
assessed' against the real property within said district; and that on
the day of December, 1925, the said City Council will determine
whether or not said petition is signed by such majority in assessed
valuation.
