WHEREAS, there has been formed in the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,

an Improvement District known as South Collgge Avenue Improvement Disnric
Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas';
WHEREAS, said District is in need of additional money to finish said
work;
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the City of Fayetteville to aid
Improvement Districts in permanently improveing the streets ofx said City;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTE!ILLE,ARKANSAS:
That the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,through the City Council of
said City agrees to,and by these presents does,go on record as agreeing
to furnsih the sum of Three Thousand Dollars towards permanently improving
the streets in said above named Improvement District.
