WHEREAS, on the 14th day of September, 1925, a petition signed
by more than ten owners of real property was presented to the 'Coun-

to embrace the property described and therein set forth;

sented to the said Council, signed by persons claiming to represent
a majprity in assessed valuation of all real property located within
the District, as set forth in said Petition and Ordinance aforesaid;

order and direct the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
to give notice by publication, once a week for two weeks, advising
all persons that on the Snd day of November, 1925, the Council would
take that last named Petition under consideration, and ae uld at that
time determine whether or not the same was signed by the majority
in assessed valuation of all real propertywithin the- sail District;
