That H. C. Evins, W. F. Graham and J. R. Bates, three qualified
electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and they are hereby
appointed as the Board of Assessment of Annex Number One to North
College Avenue Improvement District Number on One of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas;
