At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, held
on the Slst day of August, 1925, there was duly passed a resolution directing the
Clerk of said City to publish a notice that the petition to form Annex Number One to
North College Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas would be considered at a meeting of said City Council to be held on the 15th
day of September, 1925; and .
WHEREAS,
said notice when published specified that said meeting would be held "on
Monday-,-theci6th-day*o£ September", which" date-is'erroneons '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COENCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE;
That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be, and he is
hereby directed to publish for two weeks in some newspaper,having a general circulation
within the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,a notice desoribing the territory embraced
in said proposed Annex, and stating that said petition will be considered at a meeting

of said City Council to be held on Monday, septea:bacctf, 1926, at which meeting all
property owners within said proposed Annex may appear and show cause for or against
said annexation.
SECTION TWO:
