RESOLUTION.
Whereas,The City of Fayetteville, Arkansas desires to avoid the expense of
maintaining the White Way, looated along Dickson Street and Blook
Avenue, the same oenlisting`of-ornamental-posts,-Cables.-and.accessorips,„,
Whereas,the Southwest Power Company has agreed to accept said White Way, and pay

to the City of Fayetteville the sum of One
for same, and to maintain the sameprovided
conveyed to said Southwest Power Company;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY rn. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILJ.F, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk of said City of Fayetteville, Arkansas be, •
and they are.hereby authorised and directed to convey to the said Southwest Power
Company all the right, title and claim of the said City in_and to the said
White Way egnipmentaor the consideration -above stipulated.
