WHEREAS, a petition praying that certain territory in the City of f
. Fayetteville, Arkansas, adjacent to North College Avenue Improvement
District therein, be annexed ,i/%// to,the said District,was present-
ed to and filed with the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,

Arkansas,_on'the 31st day of Angust,1925, said petition claiming to
represent the majority in value of the property owners within the
limits of said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS;
SECTION ONE, That that City Clerk of the City of Fpcyetteville,. Ark-

ansae, be, and he is hereby directed to pubiis je notice in the
Fayetteville Democrat, a nevrspaper published in said City of Fay-
etteville, Arkansas]%j%%Wj!ji}i%/describing the territory embraced
within said proposed Annex, and Stating that said petition will be

considered at a meeting of said City Council to be held on the 15th •
