WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansas,held on the 27th day of July,1925,U.L.Smelser,
W.L.Crouch,and Bred Raedels,three ggalifled electors of the City of Fay-
e$teville,Arkanaas,were appointed to constitute a Board of Assessment of
the benefits to be received by each lot or block or other sub -division of
real property within Annex Number One to Sewer Improvement District.Number__
One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas;
WHEREAS, the said Fred Raedels refused to serve as oneof such
Assessors; and
WHEREAS, thea aid U.L.Smelser and W.L.Crouch had not taken the oath
of office;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That U.L.Smelser,W.L.Crouch and John P.Smith,three
qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansaa,are hereby
appointed to constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits to be
received by each lot,block or other sub -division of real property within
Annex Number One to Sewer errImprovement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansas,by reason of the proposed improvement.
SECTION TWO: That all Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in con-
flict herwith,be,and them flame are hereby,repealed,and this Resolution
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
