subscribed by each of them:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,be,andhe is hereby,required to cause to be published in the
Fayetteville Democrat,a daily newspaper publsihed in the City of Fayette-
ville,Arkansas,a notice,stating that said Assessment has been so filed by
the said Board of Assessment,and that thesame is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith be,

be in froce from and after its passage and approval.
