WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayette-
viiie,Arkansas,held on the 27th day of July,1925,there was presented to
said Council by J.H.McIlroy,C.W.Appleby,and W.J.Lewis,as the Board of
Improvement of Annex Number One to Sewers Improvement District Number One
of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,their report,together with the plans
ind specificwtions of�the 'work -to be'done in the construction of -tie im-
provement contemplated by ssid Improvement Disjirict,and the said report
having been read in open meeting of said Council,and amid plans and p
specifications having been exhibited to said Council and to each member
thereof,with a full and complete explanation of all the details thereof,
and it-appearing,from said plans and specifications,that the estimated
cost of the construction of said improvement,exclusive of interest charges,
is the sum of $26,500.00,and thesaid Council being satisfied that said
plans and specifications will subserve the purpose of said Improvement
District,and that the same are correct:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEV ILLE, ARtANSAB :
That said plans and specifications and said report be,and the same
are hereby,approved and adopted,and that said improvement be constructed
according to said plans and specifications,and at a cost not to exceed,
exclusive of interest charges,the sum of
26,500.00.
