APPROVAL OF PLANS.

WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayette-
ville,Arkansas,held on the 13th day of July,1925,there was presented to said
Council,by C.B.Franke,Ivan M.Mayes and I.W.Guisinger,as the Board of Improve-
ment of South College Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansas,their report,together with the plans of the work to be
done in the construction of the improvement contemplated by -said Improvement
District,and the said report having been read in open meeting of said Council,
and'ssaid plans—hiving—hen exhibited to said Council,and to each member
thereof,with a full and complete explanation of all the details thereof;and
it appearing,from said planspthat thee stimated cost of the construction of
said improvement,exclusive of interest charges,and inclusive of contingencies,
is the sum of $26,490.77,and thesaid Council being satisfied that said plans
will best subserve the purpose of said Improvement District,and that the
same are correct:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That said plans andsaid report be,and thes ame are,here-
by approved and adopted,and that said improvement be constructed according
-—torsa-id7plans;and •at a :cost %not-to-esceed eKclunive•-of-Interest=charges and
inclusive of contingencies,the sum of $26,490.77.
SECTION TWO: That the Board of Assessment of said District,who have
heretofore been duly appointed and qualified as such,are hereby auhtorized
to make a new assessment,based upon these plans and this report.
SECTION THREE: That all Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in con-
flict herewith be,and thesame are,hereby repealed,and this Resolution shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
