WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,is now the owner of a
certain lot,being Lot Number Thirteen (13) inBlock Number Sixteen (16)
Original Town (now City) of Fayetteville,Arkansas,on which Lot there is
now located a two story brick building;
Whereas, Alpha L.Goss and Lee H.Rogers are now the owners of a
certain iot.adjOifliflE az. lying.immediately southof said above mentioned
Lot Number Thirteen (13) in Block Number Sixteen (16),and desire tp erect
thereon a brick building,using the south wall of the building on said
Lot Number Thirteen lalg. (13) as the north wall of their contemplated
building;
Whereas, it
concerned that said

has been mutually agreed by and between all parties

so used ±h by the said Alpha L.Goss and Lee H.Rogers,
for -the consideration hereinafter. named;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:That:for and in consideration of the sum of Four
Hundred and Fifty Dollars in cash,to be paid by Alpha L.Goss and Lee H.
Rogers to the City Treasurer of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,and
the making of certain repairs hereinafter mentioned,the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,are hereby authorized and
instructed to execute a Quitclaim Deed,conveying to the said Alpha L.
Goss and Lee H.Rogers,their heirs and aasigns,an undivided one half
interest in and to the brick wall on the south side of Lot Number
Thirteen (13) in Block Number Sixteen (16) Original Town (now City) of
Yayetteville,Arkansas.
SECTION TWO: The rebairs above referred to,and which constitute
a Parti of'Ithe'-'`consideration:herein,ahal1;bethe taking out of two windows
in said wall,filling in the vacant places made thereby with brick and
mor$ar - it being understood that the said Alpha L.Goss and Lee H.Rogers
may have said windows for doing said work and furnishing the material
therefor.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall take effect and be inforce
from and after its paaaage and approval.i-!
