Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
be, and he is hereby, required to cause to be published in the Fayetteville
Democrat, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
a notice, stating that said Assessment has been so filed by said Board of
Assessment, and that the same 113 now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith be,
and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution shall take effect
