WHEREAS, there is now a vacancy on the Board of Improvement of
Water Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,
and on the Board of Improvement of Sewer Improvement District Number One
of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,by reason of the death of J.C.White,
a member of said Boarsd of Improvement;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESDLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That W.J.Lewis,an owner of real property within the
limits of Water Improvement District Number One of the City of Falette-
ville,Arkansas,and of Sewer Improvement District Number One of the City
of Fayetteville,Arkansas,be,vd he is hereby appointed as a member of the
Board of Improvement of Water Improvement District Number One of the City
of Fayetteville,Arkansas,and of Sewer Improvement District Number One of
the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,to fill the vacancy caused by the death
of the said J.C.White.

SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval,,
