WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of

District, and;

WJTWREAS, the said J. W. Murphy has -declined to qualify and
act as a commissioner of said District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLF,, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Pdt7.1 Eoff, J. E.
Dowell and Henry
Smith - three owners of real property withinthee�,l�imits of
North Leverett � Improvement Distri^t'; --o f�the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas be, and they are hereby appointed
as a Board of_ sox said District.
SECTION 2. That all resolutions and parts of resolutions

in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed,
and' this resolution shall be in force and effect from and after
