Number One of the City of Fayetteville,. Arkansas, duly subscribed by
each of them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be, and he is hereby required and directed to cause to be
published in a daily newspaper published in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a notice stating that said assessment has been so filed by said
Board of Assessors and that the same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO. That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith
be nd--the 'same"are hereby; repeaied=and--this-Resolution-shah--take - -
effect and be in furce from and after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 15th day of December, 1924.
