WHEREAS„ on the 8th day of Hecember,1924,there was duly filed with
the City Cmuncil of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,a Petition pur-
porting to contain the signatures of a majority in value of the owners
of real property situated in Annex Number One to Sewers Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas;

NOW.THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,be,and
he is hereby ordered and directed to gime notice by publication for two
weeks in some newspaper issued and having a general circulation in the
City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,that such petition has been so filed,and
that it will be considered at -a meeting of the City Council of said City
of Fayetteville,Arkansas,which will be held in the Mayor's Office on
Monday,December 29th,1924,at 7:30 P.M.,and that all property owners
within said Improvement District may appear before said City Council,on
said date,and show' cause for or against such annexation.
