Improvement District member One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their

of the improvement •contemplated by said Improvement District, and the said
report having been read in open meeting of said Council, and said plans
having been exhibited to said Council, and to each member thereof, With:!.4
full and complete explanation of all the details thereof, Ind it appearing,
from said plans, that the estimated cost of the construction of said.
.improvement, exclusive of interest charges, and inclusive of contingencies,
is the sum of t.I.7t' 6 as , and the said Council being satisfied
that said plans will best subserve the purpose of said Improvement District,
and that the same are correct;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: y,
SECTION ONE; That said plans, and said report, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted, and that said improvement be constructed?
according to said plans, and at a cost not to exceed., exclusive of interest

SECTION. TWO: That all Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution shall
