was duly filed with the City Council of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, a petition purporting to contain the sig-
natures of a majority in value of the owners of real prop-
erty situated in North Leverett Avenue Improvement District
Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas:
NO*, THs,REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That a hearing of said petition to deter-
mine whether those persons who have signed said petition con-
stitute a majority in value of the owners of real property

City Council at the Mayor's�office in said City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas on the i 2 day of , 1924,
beginning at 7:30 P.M. of said day.
SECTION TWO: That the City Clerk of said City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas be, and he is hereby instructed and
directed to cause to be published a notice, in accordance -
with Section One, Act 125, Acts of Arkansas, 1913, advising
all owners of real property within North Leverett Avenue Im-
provement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas that a petition was presented to said City Council
