BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TITS CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE.,
ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That the rate of taxes for Fire Department purposes
for the year 192$, be and it is hereby declared to be Mills on the
dollar of assessed valuation of all real and personal property within the
corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by the
assessment books for County and State purposes, and the same is hereby
levied, and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized
and directed to certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington
County, Arkansas, to the end that said assessment may be placed on the Tax
Books and collected with State and County taxes.
Section 2. That the rate of taxes for Cfty General purposes
'for the`year1924,-=be-and--itriazhereby_declared to be Five (5) Mills on
the dollar of assessed valuation of all real and`personal'propertywithin----
the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by
the assessment books for County and State purposes, and the same is hereby
levied, and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized
and directed to certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington
County, Arkansas, to the end that said assessment may be placed on the
Tax Books and collected with State and County taxes.
Section 3. .That the rate of taxes for City Hospital purposes
for the year 1924, be and it is hereby declared to be One (1) Mill on
the dollar of assessed valuation of all real and personal property within
the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by
the assessment books for County and State purpoes, and the same is hereby
levied, and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized
and directed to certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington
County, Arkansas, to the end that said assessment may be placed on the
Tax Books and collected with State and County taxes.
Section 4. That this Resolution be in force and effect from
and=after--it-s—paesage-•and,approval:.-and-_all resolutions.. orparts thereof
in conflict herawith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
