Approval of Plans
Whereas, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on the 20th day of October, 1924, there
was presented to said Council by W. N. Gladson, A. M. Harding, and
W. H. Sachs as Board of Improvement of Douglas Street Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report,
together with the plans of the work to be done in the construction of
the contemplated improvement by said Improvement District and the
said report having been read in open meeting of said Council and said
plans having been exhibited to said Council and to each member
thereof,
Passed and Approved October 20, 1924
