WHEREAS, Vi111 Crouch, C.A. Marshall, and E.C. Marston, as the Board of
Assessment of West Meadow Street Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did, on the 22nd day of September, 1924,
deposit with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the
Assessment of 'lest Meadow Street Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them*
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:.
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Ark-
ansas, be, and he is hereby, required to cause to be published in the "Fay-
etteville Democrat", a daily newspaper published in the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, a notice, stating that said Assessment has been so filed
by said Board of Assessors, and that the same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith
be, and the same are, hereby repealed, and this Resolution shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
