WHEREAS, a Petition signed by more than ten owners of real property
was presented to the City CouncilArelquesting that steps be taken to form

WHEREAS; they wish to be heard on October 6th to determine whether
or not said petition does contain a majority of assessed value} with-
in said District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT -RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCML OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:.
SECTION ONE That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, is hereby instructed and directed to publish a notice in a.
daily newspaper in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, stating that said
Petition has been filed and that a hearing will be held on the 6th -of

constitute a majority ingvalue of real property within said District.
SECTION TWO: That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed and that this
Resolution be in force and effect from and after its passage and ap-
proval.
